NO WAY! Our clients’ laundry is ALWAYS processed in separate machines to ensure a professional laundry service.
Yes! While we are usually successful at removing stains, we cannot guarantee we will be able to remove all of them. You can pre-treat the stain if you wish before putting the garment in the bag, then when we pre-treat it again it will increase the odds of success! Our laundry service is very good, but we admit...we can’t work miracles!
Absolutely! In fact, it is recommended in order to maintain a healthy sleep environment that comforters are cleaned a MINIMUM of 4 times each year! 80-85% of all comforters are machine washable. We have big washers and dryers that can handle any comforter size. Your comforter is cleaned and returned to you in a zippered comforter bag for your convenience. (Please note that comforters do incur a separate charge from Standard Laundry. )
Absolutely! We have hypoallergenic laundry options that are fragrance free and dye free. Just note you would like for us to use these products when placing your laundry service order.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.

When would you like? :-) Select your date and time slot when you place your order! You can schedule your order at any time. Sign up/sign in to see available driver windows. Our drivers are always enroute and will be happy to include a stop where you are.
Absolutely not! There are no pick up or delivery fees.
Yes, there is a modest minimum charge of $35 per order.
Absolutely! When you place an order, just select the recurring time period you would like for your laundry service, and you are all set!
For residential accounts, once your laundry service order is complete we will bill the credit/debit card on file on your account and email you a detailed receipt plus a paper copy with your returned laundry service order. For commercial accounts, various payment options are available.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time.

Absolutely! Many of our laundry service clients live in apartments in the Wichita KS area. When you create your account, just make sure you put your apartment number in your address. (Apartment complex name, where your building is located, what floor, etc. would be helpful as well in the special instructions and notes fields available throughout the easy ordering prompts.)

We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
We recommend that your pick-up/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front porch or with their building manager. We also use common sense and watch the Wichita weather. If a torrential downpour or blizzard is coming, we’ll contact you and make alternate plans for your laundry delivery.
That’s the beauty of our laundry service, it is completely contactless! Just leave your laundry somewhere we can easily access it. Whenever possible, please select a drop-off site that’s protected from the elements.
Call Laundry Express at 316-847-9274 (WASH)! If one of our laundry service drivers is still in your area, we will make every effort to arrange for a pickup of your laundry or we can reschedule your pickup for you.
We will do our best BUT very large orders may require extra time depending on our workload that day. We will notify you if we require extra time to complete your order. (And YES we do get 100 pound orders!)
We bag your laundry to make sure it’s protected from the elements. We always do our best to protect your laundry however, we cannot be responsible for laundry service items that are lost or damaged by the weather after it is delivered to you. Please select a drop-off site that’s protected from the elements, but if that if not possible call Laundry Express at 316-847-9274 (WASH) and let us reschedule your laundry delivery.
If weather or other conditions in the Wichita KS area make driving unsafe during your scheduled laundry delivery time, we will return your laundry to you as soon as it’s safe to for our drivers to do so. We will keep you updated as to any changes via phone, email and/or text.
While we are known for our very high-quality laundry service in the Wichita KS area, mistakes can happen. If you believe an article has been lost or damaged please notify us within 24 hours of the laundry delivery and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged after it’s dropped off at your home.
